Welcome to my food diary, I'm Amparo and I'm a Master's student and I'm going to let you know what I eat in a typical week.

On Mondays, I usually have a really big breakfast because I need to get lots of energy after a busy weekend of partying.

On Tuesdays, I spend a lot of time in the gym to work off all the food that I eat on Monday.  Whilst I am working out I usually try to eat an energy bar and I drink lots of mineral water.

On Wednesdays, I always have an early lunch of tuna salad so that I can meet up with my group I usually take an apple and a yogurt so that I can eat it whilst they are working!!

1. Write a food diary for yourself or a classmate for a whole week, include as many meals and snacks as possible.

2. Publish your food diary in the space below.

3. Leave commentaries about the food diaries of your classmates and say whether you think they are healthy or not.
